Following the recent annoucement of the partnership between Awen and Siemens, and whilst we work towards various routes to market in collaboration with them, we have also been busy integrating Dot into Siemens’ hardware offerings.
Today we can announce Dot’s compatibility with the SIemens IOT2050 Advance - enabling quick and easy deployment of Dot into industrial environments. With DIN rail hardware, a 24V DC power input and a very small form factor, it slots easily in alongside your existing OT equipment. The quad-core ARM processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage and two gigabit ethernet ports enable the easy collection of network data, analysis and reporting all from the device.
The IOT2050 joins our list of supported deployment platforms for Dot alongside cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.), virtual machine images (Hyper-V, VMWare, KVM, etc.), and other bare-metal platforms from the humble Raspberry Pi right up to enterprise server hardware. This flexibility is key to the value of Dot, suiting a wide range of use-cases to ensure you can reach 100% visibility of your OT assets, no matter the constraints you’re working against.
If you’d like to learn more about Dot and how it can help you reach your OT cyber security objectives, contact us to arrange a demo and discuss your requirements.
